Docs
Your documents, the vaults of the groups you belong to, and every session you recorded.
Where this lives: Tools > Docs
What this is
Docs is your document store. It holds what you wrote, what your groups keep, and the recordings made during events, projects and jobs.
It is a separate thing from this wiki, which is the public handbook.
What you see
The title reads Docs. Above it sits the word Tools.
Three tabs, each with a count: My docs, Group docs and Recordings. My docs is where you land.
My docs holds the panel headed My documents. It carries a control that switches between two views, Documents and Filesystem.
Group docs holds the panel headed Group documents, with a chip for each group that has a vault and a count on each chip. When you are in no group with a vault, it says so.
Recordings holds two panels. Session recordings lists every session you recorded, each with its name, what it was recorded against and its date. A recording tied to nothing is labelled Unlinked. Tags lists the tags on them.

What changes for you
You must be signed in to reach Docs.
Creating a document from this page is a group action. On your own documents there is no create button. Your own tab instead offers an upload for transcriptions.
The two-view control, with Documents and Filesystem, appears only on your own documents.
A document with no visibility set behaves as Members.
Only the owner, or somebody the owner granted rights to, can change a document's visibility. Everybody else sees the settings read-only.
A session recording made on an event also appears in the recorder's own documents.
Where this connects
- Who can see what explains visibility across the whole hub.
- A group's page carries the Docs tab this page gathers from.
- Canvas is the other tool that saves into your library.
