Support
The help topics, the two addresses that reach the cooperative, and the legal documents behind Rivr.
Where this lives: Account > Support
What this is
Support is where to look when the hub is not doing what you expected.
Rivr has no ticket queue. What it has is this handbook, two real addresses, and its terms and privacy policy.
What you see
The title reads Support. Above it sits the word Account.
Four panels sit down the page.
Help topics holds this handbook, grouped by what you are trying to do, with a link at the top reading Open the wiki.
Contact holds two addresses. One is for accounts, billing, terms and anything else. The other is for data access, correction and deletion requests. A line below says the cooperative has no ticket queue and that these two addresses are staffed directly.
Account holds four links: Settings, Tax information, Outgoing email and your money.
Legal holds the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, with the date they took effect and the law that governs them.
Still stuck points at the developer reference and repeats the address to write to.
The page header carries Add widget and Reset layout. Everything else about a panel is on the panel itself.

What changes for you
Anyone can open Support, signed in or not. Nothing on it is gated.
The two addresses go to the cooperative, not to a queue. A person answers.
The Account panel links to the two settings pages that are not tabs in Settings: the tax details a payout needs, and the outgoing email identity.
