What this is

Listings is the seller's side. Marketplace is the buyer's side.

This page holds what you offer and everything that has happened to it.

What you see

The title reads Listings Hub. Above it sits a line about what you provide.

The page is panels you can rearrange, not tabs. Everything below is on screen at once, and you can move a panel, resize it, collapse it or hide it. A control reading New listing stays above them all, so it is there whatever you have hidden.

My listings holds what you provide. A strip of counts reads active, draft, sold and archived, and your listings sit below it grouped under headings reading Services, Products, Trades, Vouchers and Other. A small control switches the list between rows and cards.

Orders to fulfil holds claims on your listings that carry no time slot, so they are the ones waiting on you to arrange something.

Booked slots lists what people have booked with you, with when.

Bookable week draws the week grid for one of your listings at a time, so you can see and set when you are free.

Receipts holds your receipts, each with a control that opens the full receipt.

Down the side, Settled sales gives your gross, your fees and your net across the window loaded, and Recent settlements lists the individual ones.

How to

Create a listing

1. Open Listings under Manage.
2. Find the My listings panel.
3. Press New listing.
4. Choose what kind of offering it is.
5. Fill in the name, the description and the price.
6. Save it. The page refreshes with your new listing on it.

See your sales

1. Open Listings under Manage.
2. Find the Settled sales panel down the side.
3. Read Settled sales for the totals over the window loaded.
4. Read Recent settlements for the individual ones, each with its date and status.

These are your settlements as the seller. The buyer's side of the same money lives in Marketplace.

See what people booked

1. Open Listings under Manage.
2. Find the Booked slots panel.
3. Read Booked slots for what has been taken.
4. Press Week on a listing in Bookable week to see that listing's grid.

Find a receipt

1. Open Listings under Manage.
2. Find the Receipts panel.
3. Press View Receipt on the one you want.
4. The receipt opens with its status, its date, its totals and its payment details.

What changes for you

You must be signed in to reach Listings.

A claim with a time slot is a booking. A claim without one is an order. That is the only difference between the two tabs.

If you offer many listings, the Booked slots panel may say it is showing bookings for your most recent listings only.

Selling a paid listing needs a Seller membership or higher. Without one, a window explains that and offers the plans.

Taking card payments needs a payout account. Until you connect one, Wallet tells you so and points you at Settings.
